Return and Refund Policy

AUREX – Refund & Return Policy

At Aurex, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns  
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused  
- In original packaging  
- In the same condition that you received them  

Due to the nature of our products (boxing gel pads), we do NOT accept returns on used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items  
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the issue  

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method  
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing  

Shipping Costs  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs  
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable  

Exchanges  
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Aurex reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
