Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays or customs processing).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Aurex is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
